I’m having a problem with my Obutto R3v, “funnily enough” it’s happened when the cockpit is 7 months old, just outside of the poor 6 month warranty. If I had actually read enough before I bought it and realised there was only a 6 month warranty for a £600 piece of kit I would have went elsewhere, but anyway…

The seat is basically trashed. What it feels like has happened is that all of the foam in the seat-back has moved around, giving it this unbelievably uncomfortable lumpiness, for example if I sit my back flat against it, I have a big lump right into my spine, another one on the right lower of my back and another one digging into my left shoulder blade. It is so poor that this has happened after 7 months of light use, the whole reason I got an Obutto was because Office Chairs were only lasting me a year or two, this has only lasted me 7 months!!
