Help leveling my triple monitors?

Hi there, I recently purchased my Obutto Revolution and I’m loving it. My only problem is I’m having trouble getting the monitors level with my triple monitor accessory. I purchased three of the same LG 27″ monitors (LG 27EA33V-B Black 27″ 5ms HDMI Widescreen LED) which according to the manufacturer weigh 9.2 lbs without the base. The center monitor is as low as possible via the horizontal bolt and the two side monitors are approximately 2 inches lower than the center monitor and they are as high as possible, again via the horizontal bolt. I’m kind of at a loss to get the monitors level and I’m not sure what else to do. It doesn’t appear that they two side monitor arms are sagging by any real degree. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. Any tips on wire mangement?
