Missing drill holes in one of my base runners

Hello, today I have just recevied my r3volution, but I have a problem. I’m assembling the front section of the cockpit. I have had no problems to install the left half over one of the base runners, but the other basse runner only has drill holes in one side, as you can see on this pictures
This side has drill holes
But this one doesn’t, bolts can’t exit on the other side!
