Monitor alligning impossible

Hello,

I received my R3V yesterday and was excited after months of waiting.
I toke my time too assemble it,and after all i accomplished.
The only thing i was missing were all the bolts too tighten up the acrylic tabletops.
But now after i installed my 3 Benq 2420T monitors im having a big problem because 1 monitor i cant get in line with the other 2.
2 of the monitors i have verticaly attached all the way down and 1 monitor all the way up and ther is a difference of more then 1cm….thats alot and unacceptable for me,i have tightend everything very well and i cant find any more solutions….someone here that can help me?
