After extensive research I came to the conclusion that the Obutto Revolution simply blows the competitors out of the water for what I’m after. I love the fact that it works as a workstation, driving rig and flight simulator all on the same core chassis, and does them all well.
In December, I ordered the Revolution with the triple monitor stand and the acrylic tables via the Obutto UK website.
I paid via Paypal and received confirmation that the order had been received.
Since then I have not heard anything, and when I logged into the site it lists the order as “Completed.” I am trying to find out exactly what that means, because I have not received it yet. From the e-mail address that the original order receipt came from I was able to figure out who the distributor is and have been trying to contact them but without any luck. The phone doesn’t even ring. I’ve left messages via the websites contact form, but have also had no response.
Who should I contact, and how, to get information on the status of my order?
::Edit:: NEVERMIND! They were closed for a longer period than I expected over the holidays.
