    Hi guys,

Finally received my Ozone a few days ago and it’s an absolute beaut!
Got a few little problems I was hoping you may be able to clear up though if that’s cool?

After following your 2014 Youtube video (as much as I wanted to throw the instructions aside and crack on, I really didn’t want to risk cocking up. haha) I finally got it up and ready, though it appears the left rail on the chair is jammed. Trying to move the chair backwards or forwards is extremely difficult (and unable to fully slide far enough back to be a comfortable distance from the pedals), and it appears to be stripping off metal every time I do.
Also, the swivel keyboard tray doesn’t seem to be able to swivel properly. Tightening it stops the swivel dead, loosening it drops the height (so it’s hitting my knees) and a medium tightness loses it’s height rather quickly with normal use.
The last problem is my T500RS clamp is blocking the swivel arm all together, and if I raise wheel, it obscures the monitor view even with the monitor on the highest set of holes.

Hopefully I’m just been dumb and missing something simple to fix these problems. 🙂

Also thanks for the recommendations for realism in an earlier post!
I decided to grab an Oculus DK2 instead of triple monitors, so really looking forward to that in combination with this amazing cockpit!

    Regards,
    Alex
