Finally got my r3volution (flight sim bundle) and having fun putting it together 🙂 .
I’m now at the step (assembly manual step 3 and assembly video part 2) where you’re supposed to put the seat in position. What I am wondering about here is:
Why do you mount the seat before finishing up the frame? I mean you’re supposed to not completely tighten any nuts or bolts yet but with the seat in place it’s guaranteed to be a bitch to tighten the rear section cross bars’ bolts/nuts.
From a pure intuition point of view I’d probably want to mount the seat as the very last step since I have a feeling that it would always be in the way otherwise. What am I missing? Why is it recommended to mount the seat in step 3 already? Is there a risk that the seat won’t fit if you tighten down the rear section before mounting the seat?
