Prior to picking up my new obutto I had several questions and spoke with Kenneth (Sales Manager) at Simulator 1. He is very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all my questions. He was also able to confirm stock at the “retail store”. The retail store is more like a mini showroom, they have the obutto revolution with triple monitors and the ozone set up, so you can try it out. They also had several displays containing driving sim wheels, shifters etc. Pretty much a candy store for the Sim enthusiast.

Kenneth was very professional, explained all the features of the obutto and even gave me some tips about future add ons for sim racing wheels and pedals. At times it felt more like I was at an exotic car dealership than a sim shop. Afterwards Kenneth and his assistant even loaded the boxes into my car for me. Talk about service. Awesome!!!
Once I arrived home I started the unboxing, the large metal support pieces are wrapped in foam wrap and took a while to unwrap, the other components are all individually boxed and the seat came in its own box. Everything was really well wrapped and all the parts were well protected, so there was no damage or scratched pieces.

Opened the seat first of course and checked it out, I was surprised how comfortable it is, the side supports add another layer of comfort. The obutto chair is definitely more comfortable than my old office chair and even more comfortable than the $1200 Steelcase chairs at my work.
It did take some time to unwrap everything, by the time I finished unpacking everything I had two large garbage bags full of bubble wrap, foam wrap, plastic bags, and that’s not including all the individual boxes and large boxes it came in. obutto is definitely not scrimping on the shipping protection
Watched the online assembly videos and my rig went together perfectly, In all I spent about two days start to finish including clearing space in my sim room, mounting my monitor, joystick and rudder pedals and routing all my usb cords etc.

Very happy with the results, Very happy with the product and very happy with the service, What a great experience
Thanks Chris for such a great product and thanks Kenneth for such great service!

    Cheers
    Brad
