Just wanted to share a bad experience I had and hopefully stop anyone else from having similar consequences.
I have the stand alone monitor stand with the extension arms for three monitors, and had 3 30″ Dell U3014 monitors mounted. I decided to move my obutto 90 degrees to make my room layout more convenient, First I rotated the chassis, then I went to rotate the monitor stand. Unfortunately since the legs are not locked into position the end result was the legs rotated but the top part of the stand with the monitors did not rotate.The stand was seriously out of balance, tipped over, and the three monitors came crashing to the floor shattering the screens.. Unfortunately I had no accidental damage insurance, soI had to pony up over $3000 to replace them. On the brighter side the replacements now have accident insurance.
